Pretty happy to see Nothing Is Real continuing to pop up in my feed. For those initially experiencing Nick Turner's wild series of albums, you might find some of my old reviews from a few years back. I may have been having a pandemic mental breakdown at the time based on some of my ridiculous write-ups 🤣 Sorry about that, but his albums mean a lot to me. Got me through some serious shit & this double record is an excellent summation of his music & probably his greatest work. Thanks again, man🖤

US Black Metal. Some fantastic ideas here for this debut! Having said that, unfortunately the vocals do not come out loud & clear which is a shame. But the music is great & multilayered & requires a few listens to fully absorb. Oh and the riffs are out of this world! Love the cover too :) Recommended!

I saw these gents open the evening for DWeF in Trier some weeks ago. The vocalist seemed terribly shy between songs and then went full-on beastmode on the vocals again; him overcoming this was one of the most metal things I have ever seen. Vi Overlevde is, excuse this, bizarrely good. Not too posty, but still with a remarkable edge and a pretty unique feel to it. Maybe I'm still carried away by the live performance, but alas! This is great. Ensomhet is... beyond words. Kom til meg!
